Which measured geometry belongs in my FR5 blank-unloading comparison?

The FR5 sketch reaches our cylindrical aluminium blank but omits the hand and open door. I want a useful initial geometry review before choosing the arm, including removal and the empty return; which supplier inputs should I insist are real dimensions rather than convenient outlines?

Get the complete tool assembly from tooling and the actual door, fixture and receiving position from the machine survey. Include connections and open fingers (not just the loaded silhouette), then have the integrator identify any missing inputs before drawing a clearance conclusion.

The tool body and fingers are now dimensioned, but connection routing is still unspecified and the door survey has not arrived. Both omissions are listed against the proposed removal route; I have not called it accessible from the endpoint sketch.
