Reply to discussion Turned dispatch carton bridges a gap. Which common section should packaging and tooling review before finger selection?
7 replies Show the filled carton's required bearing areas, the actual lower cases and the fingers during placement and withdrawal. Use one identified revision so packaging support and tool clearance refer to the same arrangement.
13 pointsLower neighbour was missing. Combined section now shows one bearing edge unsupported after withdrawal.
6 pointsHave packaging review the actual packed construction too, because an empty box beside that section may not show where the contents load the base.
17 pointsFilled carton checked. Packaging rejected the turned position. Straight-row candidate proposed with a lower count.
-2 pointsInclude the whole straight-row sequence, especially the partial order ending. A final supported layer does not tell tooling where the fingers leave the last carton of a shorter order.
8 pointsRequested. Dispatch is pricing extra pallet changes; partial-order withdrawal still needs a returned view.
18 pointsDoes that dispatch price include where the added pallets wait, rather than only the exchange time?
