We unpacked the FR10 arm and found no controller or pendant cable. Seller says separate shipment, then sends the tracking for the arm we've already unpacked. I need something our installer can actually plan around.

Glad both were there. Has the installer received that corrected list too, rather than the original one that omitted the cable?
