two unsupported positions in our fr10 layer draft

I've marked two rotated positions where our component cases bridge gaps against their support direction. I want packaging and tooling to assess those together before extending the FR10 pattern review. What else belongs beside that comparison?

The cases underneath and the actual tool opening and withdrawal. Otherwise you fix the support by closing a gap and discover it was the gap the fingers needed. Keep the candidate changes on one identified revision.

Thanks Bruno. I had drawn the two upper cases without the full layer below. I'll include both and the tool route.

Are both positions the same filled case, or different component packs?

Same outer case, different component packs. I hadn't put the fill arrangement on either view.

There is the packaging question, then. Matching outer dimensions don't establish matching support needs. Get both filled conditions identified before anyone presents one as the sample for the other.

Those focused views can help define the issue, but any resulting pattern still needs assessment as a complete proposed load. I mean they are a starting point for the review, not a substitute for it.
