Cannot accept the FR5 layer with its carton ends over gaps

Our dispatch carton has reinforced ends, but the alternating FR5 pattern places some of those ends above gaps. Packaging has marked the support requirement. The proposed finger tool was drawn before that comment arrived, so I cannot accept either the pattern or its quoted count yet.

Get the marked support requirement onto the tool drawing, including the finger positions during release and withdrawal. Ask for a candidate that satisfies both, not two independent signatures on different pictures.

Integrator is proposing an intermediate support sheet. I have asked packaging to assess the packed layers with it and tooling to check whether it occupies the space used by the fingers.

Who supplies and places that sheet? It adds work even if it solves both geometry questions.

Placement is manual in the proposal. Dispatch has priced that operation and wants a lower-count pattern compared too. Thank you Henry; the sheet had initially appeared as a material line with no handling time.

Has either candidate completed both reviews, Julia, or are you still comparing the sheet option with the lower count?
