Our blank-removal sketch omits the open mill door and the proposed gripper. Cylindrical aluminium blank shown as a centre point. I need the assembly view before recommending an FR10 position, including room to service the tool afterwards.

Get the actual door opening measured first. Cheap information, and the tool designer can work on the held assembly at the same time.

Door survey arranged. Asked for the complete tool too, including its fittings.

Don't let the model stop at the pickup pose. The blank has to leave while held, and the empty tool has to return without the missing geometry doing it any favours.

Combined model now includes the surveyed door. Loaded withdrawal conflicts with the handle in the proposed orientation. Designer looking at alternatives.

Which alternatives?

Different tool orientation or moving the base sideways. Neither checked yet. The sideways position is near the cabinet access space.

Then keep that cabinet space in the comparison. Solving a handle clash by blocking maintenance would be an expensive exchange of problems.
