Released bracket fails where the restrained check looks aligned

I'm reviewing records for planned FR5 gusset-bracket welding. Restrained alignment passes visually, released dimensions fail. What evidence separates fit-up, location and final acceptance before we inherit an unexplained correction?

Can you link a restrained check and a released measurement to the same bracket, drawing requirement and measurement support, rather than compare two general notes?

Not from these notes. I've requested the piece records and measurement setup. No evidence back yet.

Include incoming fit-up and the fixture configuration in that request, so the later reviewer can distinguish where the part was located from how its released dimensions were accepted.
