I am comparing an FR10 for rectangular polymer-blank unloading. The sketch omits the gripper body and open door. I want the review to show where those omissions matter along removal, not just add their outlines at the destination.
Is someone proposing to draw the hand only in its closed state? I would ask the tool supplier what changes during release as well, because the nice compact outline may be the wrong one for part of the job.
Sam, would you include the machine-side handover of the blank in that list? I am trying to avoid a route that starts with a part already magically clear of the fixture.
The integrator has asked for the loaded hand assembly and machine door survey. Their proposed stages now start at the seated blank. Neither geometry set has arrived yet.
Who provides the connection routing? The supplier's hand drawing might stop at its fittings, which leaves somebody else to decide what the connected assembly occupies.
Integrator owns the combined review. Tool supplier has now supplied the assembly, but the proposed hose exit faces the door side. That is being included rather than tucked out of sight.
Proposed only. The first combined view shows interference at disengagement with that exit. We have rejected that tool arrangement, not the FR10; an alternative exit arrangement needs assessment before arm selection.
That is a useful thing to learn before ordering the hand. Will the alternative still let maintenance replace the connection without taking the whole fixture apart?
