Our delivered FR10 fingers have different contact faces from the set used in the confirmed sample trial, and the seller's equivalent reply contains no handling comparison; I have kept the tooling unfitted and want either the originally confirmed set or evidence for the actual proposed replacement.
Ask them to compare the identified finger assemblies with your actual sample range and receiving tray, including pickup and release. We reached an agreement to compare a replacement after a similar contact-shape change, but that agreement alone was not a test result. Keep the original confirmed set as an explicit supply option
