How do I count accepted coupons without counting every retry?

Our UR5e inspection dashboard counts successful attempts. Rechecked coupons appear twice after restart. I need accepted items, with failures retained.

Who decides a coupon's final disposition when its attempts disagree? The count needs that decision.
