Our UR5e arm arrived, but the controller and tool wiring adapter didn't. Seller says separate shipment, then sends the reference already marked delivered for the arm. I've kept the packaging and photographed what arrived. What should I ask for that doesn't lead straight back to the same tracking page?

Ask them to identify the package that contains the controller and adapter, its contents list, and the carrier or agent who physically received it. Then ask for that handover reference. If they haven't handed it over, they need to say so. The arm reference can stay in the message as the package you already received. I'd label it that way very plainly, because sending it back to you is an easy answer to a vague request for tracking. Keep installation unbooked until you have something firmer than 'separately'.
