The same trim plate gets a different scratch marked when we change its presentation to the camera. We haven't commissioned the FR5 job. I want a defensible reference set before tuning anything. What can we establish with the samples we already have?

Identify the retained plates and obtain physical acceptance decisions against the appearance requirement. Then compare repeat presentations of accepted and rejected examples. The moving streak is an observation, not a reliable defect label by itself.
