What section should connect our UR5e finger gaps to carton support?

I'm comparing UR5e palletising proposals and the preferred alternating pattern puts reinforced carton ends over gaps in the layer below; what should I ask packaging and tooling to draw together before the fuller pallet becomes the approved option simply because it looks economical?

Ask for sections through the filled cartons and both layers, showing the required bearing areas alongside finger placement and withdrawal clearance, with the packing and tool revisions identified.

Packaging has marked the reinforced areas on revision D, and tooling is adding its complete release route to that layout; the first section already shows one unsupported end, so a lower-count pattern is being compared rather than accepting the original drawing.

Will maintenance and dispatch review the candidate too, including access for a damaged carton, before its filled-load and handling checks are treated as the complete cell review?
