Does the tooling supplier already have the complete loaded assembly drawing, Toby, or is the gripper itself still undecided? Those need different answers before the meeting.
our fr10 unload route still ends at the blank

Gripper selected. Drawing exists but omits the rear fittings. Supplier says their final orientation depends on the chosen base position, which is what we are trying to choose.
10 pointsDraw the fitting alternatives, then. An empty space doesn't resolve that loop.
25 pointsYes, compare complete candidate arrangements against the measured opening. You can reject an obvious clash provisionally without pretending the remaining option is approved. Keep the unresolved connection space visible until the supplier defines it.
7 pointsI've asked for both orientations with the connected lines. The machine survey is already available, including the door handle. One earlier stand position clashes with the cabinet.
6 pointsThat's useful to know now. On ours the promising side position still needed maintenance access checked, so I would keep the setter's tasks beside the robot route when those complete options return.
13 pointsIsaac, agreed. Toby, does your setter change this fixture routinely, or only at a major product change? The layout should show the actual task you're asking them to review.
23 pointsRoutine product change. The setter removes the fixture through this same opening. Their required space is marked, not yet accepted against the final tool arrangement.
12 pointsGood. Marked space isn't the approval.
4 pointsDoes the route request include empty return after unloading, as well as the loaded exit? A final pickup pose and a single outward arrow would still leave half the handling unexplained.
16 pointsBoth directions are requested, including finger opening at release. The supplier has now sent the two fitting arrangements; the integrator's comparison has not happened yet.
15 pointsKeep the cabinet-conflict position with its rejection reason in the review. Otherwise it may come back later as a fresh suggestion from somebody who only sees the latest tool picture.
13 pointsI'd like to hear whether either complete arrangement survives that review, Toby. The missing fittings can change more than the little corner they occupy.
21 pointsAnd check which assembly revision the result names when it comes back.
