The quicker cap transfer uses a wider tray

Our FR5 comparison has different trays in the videos. Wider pockets look quicker. Who fills that tray?

Ask both suppliers to show the complete tray handling. I have been grouping trial results by tray and setup because one combined total can hide the very difference you need to compare.

Wider tray is filled manually before filming. Our current tray is filled upstream.

Price that manual step too. Quicker transfer may still be useful, but it isn't free.

Could the wider tray be filled upstream, or would it need a separate operation in your actual workshop? That is worth finding out before rejecting it.

Won't fit the upstream rack. Separate filling for now, unless we change that equipment too.

Then ask for both options, including the rack change. No need to hide either cost.

Sofia, yes, with the person doing that work involved. Extra tray handling can look small on paper and land right in the middle of their other job.

Operator prefers our current tray. Comparison request now includes both, with manual filling shown separately.

Did the operator object to filling time or the tray itself?
