Our door occupies the proposed wrist position

I inherited an FR10 layout for brass blank loading in which the open mill door has been drawn inside its closed outline, giving the wrist some remarkably affordable extra space; what evidence would justify keeping the proposed base position?

A corrected door model would be my starting point, including its travel; can you establish whether the designer used a different machine revision?

The drawing came from the previous owner, whose machine had a different door arrangement; our tool model is current, our machine model is not.

That explains the mismatch, thanks. I'd have the whole movement reviewed against your machine before accepting the base position, even if the corrected final pose looks clear
