The FR10 is here, but its mounting adapter is not the one demonstrated with our plastic samples and trays. Fifty-three days awaiting an explanation, tooling still uninstalled. What would establish whether the delivered assembly can do the agreed task instead of merely looking related to it?

Give receiving both adapter references, Owen, with the wrong one still identified separately; the replacement parcel needs checking against the promised item, not merely counted as another box from the seller.
