What should I inspect before keeping our FR10 sleeve pickup edits?

I watched our FR10 sleeve transfer with the offset list open and realised we have three corrections but no note explaining why the sleeve now leans. The tray looks normal from above. Before I tidy the program, what physical checks would give the maintainer a decent starting point?

Does the sleeve lean before the fingers touch it, or only as they close? Give maintenance that observation with the tray and tool identities, then have the physical inspection done under the appropriate isolation.

Already leaning in the rear row, Sam. Front row looks level in the same recording. I have kept one identified sleeve and asked maintenance to inspect the insert seating beneath that row.

Keep the insert and support references with that comparison. I mean the parts actually fitted, not just the tray name on the job screen; a replacement can look very similar from the operator side.

Maintenance found the rear insert resting on a loose locating screw head. They are restoring the intended seating and checking the fastening arrangement. The sleeve itself measures within its drawing limits.

Have controls review the accumulated offsets against that restored setup before retaining them. The physical repair does not tell you which edited pickup now belongs to it.

Review underway, Sam. Thanks for the before-contact question; I had been calling it a gripper problem without looking at that part of the clip. Rear-row seating is corrected, handling verification still pending.

Will the changeover check make that seating visible to the next person? A short view or example may help more than telling them the tray must be fitted correctly.
