Our FR5 picks sleeves crooked since tooling service. Could the finger height explain the new point corrections?

It could, but don't diagnose from appearance. Can I ask whether maintenance compared the fitted fingers and mounting faces with the approved tooling drawing under the normal isolation procedure?

They found different finger revisions fitted together. The older one has a different locating shoulder.

Mixed tooling is a concrete finding. Have the correct set fitted and the setup verified before deciding which point edits belong. Don't blindly keep compensation for the wrong fingers.

Matched set fitted. Integrator is checking the accumulated edits before returning it to production.
