Operators can start my saved polymer-block tray job, but an empty pocket or interrupted run brings them straight back to me. I suspect my handover, not their willingness. How should I rebuild the recovery part without just giving the clean-run lesson again?

Start with one real call for help and ask the operator to show where the written guidance stops. Separate a missing instruction from a recovery decision the system has never defined. Have the responsible designer settle that decision before training people to act independently; until then, teach the hold and escalation with the information to retain.
