our fr5 controller crate is absent from the delivered count

We received the arm crate. The controller-package crate has its own mark, but the consolidated-freight receipt only gives a confusing package total and tracking says delivered. Thirty-nine days asking for that specific crate. I need the agent to trace its physical handovers, not send the whole-consignment page again.
