Reply to discussion Our uncommissioned FR10 inspection plan uses brushed trim plates and a fixed camera; moving bright streaks already have scratch labels. How should I establish references before tuning?
3 replies Have quality judge the identified physical plates first; preserve uncertain images without using guessed labels as targets.
Quality has the plates now. I have separated the guessed labels, but no physical decisions yet.
Once judged, compare repeat presentation with those plates. A cleaner image must still reveal confirmed defects.
