Three pickup edits and our FR5 still grips the puck crooked

A replacement finger pad and a repaired tray latch were fitted during the same stoppage. The pickup edits began after that.

Two useful leads, then. Can maintenance compare the replacement pad with the matched set and check how the tray seats after that latch repair?

Inspection is arranged with the setup isolated. We have the previous pad and the latch repair note, but no photograph from before the stoppage.

We kept one troublesome puck and moved the comparison through the pockets, which made a local seating problem easier to see than a collection of anonymous missed pickups

Omar, did you find damage or just a different pocket shape?

Maintenance found the rear tray support was not seating fully after the latch work. Pad identity matches the other finger. Pocket inspection is still in progress.

Anil, keep the pad in the inspection even if its identifier matches. A correct part can still be fitted badly or damaged.

Have the accumulated pickup edits reviewed after the physical repair. They may compensate for an arrangement that no longer exists, so the complete transfer needs checking before the job goes back.

The support seating has been corrected. Maintenance found no obvious pad or pocket damage, and the repeat seating check is consistent. Program review and supervised transfer verification remain to do.

Who owns that program review? Three edits by three people can otherwise become three favourite versions sitting on different laptops

The cell programmer has the revision list and the repair finding. One reviewed version will be used for verification; we have not released the job back to production yet.
