Do you have a complete assembly drawing from either supplier?
4 pointsOne shows the fingers and gripper. The other has a photograph. Adapter and hose fittings are absent from both, although they are in the proposed package.
3 pointsRequest the complete held assembly with mass and centre of gravity, plus the applicable load assessment for the intended motions and orientations; a bare-part comparison leaves too much of your tooling out.
