I want the operator page to explain our UR5e housing hold, but the startup helper still puts every missing-result entry back in the queue. One request was sent before the crash. Clearer wording will not fix that selection rule. What should I ask the developer to demonstrate?

Show the held attempt retaining its identity and reason through another restart, without becoming a new request. Then show genuinely unsubmitted work separately. What evidence does the application use to tell those cases apart, rather than treating no result as never sent?
