Which complete assembly does either supplier say it has assessed? I'd want the loaded mass properties, orientations and motion assumptions against the applicable robot limits, with drawing references that include your actual fingers rather than a catalogue gripper.

The offset is as important to establish as the total. Adding all the kilograms won't answer where the load sits or how the proposed move affects it.
