UR5e component-case layers need the lower pallet and release sequence together

I need a combined support and tool review before accepting our alternating component-case layers. Rotated cases sit over gaps along their preferred support direction. We have the current filled-case reference, but the lower pallet and complete release sequence are not yet shown together.

Have packaging identify the bearing required for that filled case and show it over the actual lower layer and pallet. Then have tooling add the complete hand through placement, opening and exit. One drawing owner should reconcile those findings, including permitted short loads.

The engineer owns the shared review. Packaging has asked which pallet construction dispatch actually uses; our drawing only gives its external dimensions. I am getting that identified before asking them to approve the support.

Does dispatch use one construction or several with the same outside size? That answer could change which loads the proposed system must handle.

Ours chose alternating for the count, not a customer rule. Chen, don't let the neat pattern decide which pallets your business supposedly uses before dispatch answers.

And keep the actual deck arrangement in that answer; a supplier's shared pallet size does not specify continuous bearing beneath each case.

Dispatch uses two approved pallet constructions. Their deck gaps differ. Both belong in the project scope, so the review will not use whichever one happens to make the present layer easiest.

Then treat them as two identified inputs to the same review. You may find one common pattern or two defined patterns, but neither result follows simply from giving the pallets different names.

Luis, two patterns also means a selection job. If that's the outcome, somebody has to establish which actual pallet is present, not choose from memory at the screen.

Has packaging marked which required regions the present rotated row fails on each pallet, rather than only noting that the deck gaps differ?

The current pattern supports the required regions on one construction but leaves a required end region over a gap on the other. Tooling is still reviewing the supported case; we have not accepted a one-pallet scope to make the second result disappear.

A common alternative may still be possible. Keep the failed bearing position specific, so changing the layout is an assessed response to that failure rather than a general preference for straight rows.

Engineer has proposed a lower-count common pattern which packaging accepts on both identified decks. The complete-tool sequence review is now testing its release among neighbours and the permitted short-order endpoints.

Has dispatch priced the extra pallet exchanges for that common option? Simpler pattern selection may be worth something, but it doesn't make the lower capacity free.

Zara's comparison can include the two-pattern alternative if the engineer develops it, with its selection controls and handling costs. Chen hasn't said that alternative exists yet, so I wouldn't price it as a finished option.

Does the common pattern's short-load check cover both pallet constructions too? A full-load answer for both decks could otherwise hide a different intermediate failure.

Yes, Anika. Both decks and the defined short-load endpoints are included. Zara, dispatch has priced the additional exchanges; the common pattern is acceptable to planning if its technical checks pass. No developed two-pattern proposal is being ranked against it yet.

That keeps the decision honest. An acceptable workload is one input, not a substitute for the complete movement finding.

The complete tool model clears the common sequence on both decks. We are proceeding with that candidate to the defined filled-load and dispatch handling verification, not accepting the original pattern or assuming the physical checks from its model.

I'd be interested in the verification result. The two actual decks were worth finding before buying a tool around the first tidy rectangle.
