I found two inspection sheets for the same bracket batch while reviewing an FR5 welding proposal. One measures against a fixture upright with the assembly clamped. The other measures the released bracket from its base face, and records failures.
There is a correction note between them, but no drawing of that operation. Before I propose changes to the fixture, I want to establish which checks can actually be compared. What information should I recover from the old job first?
Do those sheets identify the same individual brackets? I'd settle that before spending ages comparing dimensions, because a batch number can connect two piles of paperwork without connecting the parts you measured.
