Our FR5 housing-transfer package arrived correctly, but its included spare pendant cable has spent 44 days attached to a next shipment that nobody can identify; I need an actual supply answer for the maintenance handover.

Ask whether the specified spare is physically available and which dispatch instruction covers your order. Give maintenance the outstanding line as it stands. A working original cable does not mean the spare arrived with it.
