I'm reviewing the old gusseted-bracket records for an FR5 fixture proposal, and the alignment notes under restraint don't explain the failed released dimensions or the later correction; how do I separate fit-up, location and final acceptance without importing that unexplained bench routine into the new cell?

Start with identified brackets and the actual measurement methods, including incoming component revisions and the support used after release. Keep the first released reading separate from correction and reinspection. An eventual pass can belong to the whole old route without showing that the proposed fixture produces an acceptable part unaided.
