FR5 tool-interface suffix differs from our confirmed fixture configuration

The delivered FR5 configuration has a different suffix and a visibly different tool-interface bracket from the fixture drawing the seller confirmed. Tooling remains unfitted after 39 days of asking for a comparison. Their equivalent answer supplies no dimensions or scope. I need to determine what was delivered before accepting a fitting proposal.

Can the seller identify the delivered revision and compare its actual interface with the confirmed drawing, including the features which locate your tooling? A suffix difference alone does not describe either the consequence or the remedy.

They supplied the delivered revision drawing. Its locating shoulder is farther from the attachment face than on the confirmed configuration. Our toolmaker says the existing fixture interface does not match that arrangement; the seller has not yet offered defined replacement or return terms.

Then you have an identified compatibility problem, not merely an unexplained suffix. Does the seller propose supplying the confirmed configuration, or asking you to redesign around this one? Those costs and responsibilities need an answer before the tooling pause can end.
