The FR5 turned layer gains capacity by leaving carton ends unsupported

The proposed layer carries more dispatch cartons by turning a row, but that row puts its required end support over gaps; I want packaging and tooling to review the same filled-carton section before the higher count enters our staffing estimate.

Does dispatch need that particular orientation for the label, or is the turn only there to fit more cartons? Those lead to different alternatives (and possibly different manual work).

Only for count; packaging rejected the unsupported row and tooling is checking a straight arrangement, with the extra pallet changes priced across ordinary orders rather than one attractive full layer.

Has the straight option's withdrawal been checked on a short order yet? The last few cartons can leave the operator with a different job from the repeating pattern.
