Our FR5 coupon handover has a screenshot of the inspection result and another of the main routine. Nothing says where the external recipe comes from or which version those pictures show. The integrator is still available. What should I ask them to walk through with the covering technician first?
Follow one identified coupon job from recipe selection through result handling, with the current program and subprogram revisions, fixture assumptions and ordinary PLC states visible; that should expose which screenshot gaps need explanation.
They've agreed to that walkthrough. I've asked the covering technician to bring the questions, because the person who wrote this pack can fill the missing bits in from memory without noticing they're missing
Include a missing or rejected recipe in the walkthrough as well as a normal selection, so the technician can find the intended response without guessing from the successful screenshots.
