I can't rank the UR5e and other candidates from these cap-transfer videos. One starts with a tidy tray, another with our awkward workshop tray, and both look promising. I need a comparison of the complete tray-to-tray job at our shared bench, including the work somebody did before the camera started.
Ask both to describe the same incoming cap and tray conditions and the same required receiving result. Keep a changed-tray proposal as an alternative if it has merit, but price its preparation, changeover and support separately. Otherwise the tidy tray gets treated as a free feature of the robot when somebody may be spending half their morning creating it.
