What would make our FR5 steel-exchange drawing complete enough to compare?

I have asked for the rear fittings and actual door geometry this time, because our steel-blank exchange sketch still shows an FR5 reaching the fixture without the complete hand; what should the integrator connect before we use it to choose a layout?

Are loading and removal grips defined separately, including every loaded condition during the exchange?

They are defined as separate visits with one held blank at a time, and the complete tool drawing is available; the machine lead still needs to confirm the installed door position before those visits can be assessed.

Keep the receiving release and the source pickup in that same sequence, because the machine approach can work while the person preparing blanks or collecting them is left with an awkward extra job the exchange sketch never showed.

The loader has supplied the normal source and receiving arrangements and the setter has marked required access, so those tasks are now inputs to the review rather than assumptions about empty floor space.

Has the installed door survey produced a result yet, Oliver? You have several useful inputs, but I cannot tell whether the combined access question has actually been assessed.

The completed survey and model show the quoted tool body conflicting with the open door during loading, while removal clears; the toolmaker is considering another body arrangement, with no revised grip or load assessment accepted yet.

Will that alternative be checked through removal too, rather than only the loading clash?

It needs both visits and the surrounding tasks again, because a changed body may solve the first conflict while changing release or service access elsewhere; Oliver has ruled out the quoted arrangement, not established the next one by naming it.
