Which shipment is supposed to contain our spare FR10 cable?

Our FR10 package arrived with the installed cable but not the extra tool cable in the spare kit, and the seller keeps saying next shipment without identifying one; what should I ask their packing contact directly?

Ask whether your spare is packed, and under which package reference. Next shipment can mean several things, none of them necessarily posted.

They say packed with accessories but the reference is the already delivered main package, so I've asked them to identify the separate spare cable within that claim

Did your receiving count include every internal box? Worth settling once, before you spend the whole exchange arguing against their delivered page.

Yes, count and photos show only the fitted cable, no extra one; the seller has those attachments already

Ask whether accessories were moved into another parcel after the first packing plan. We chased an obsolete link on one of ours because nobody updated the sales thread when packing combined shipments.

Possible, but they need to produce the current reference. I wouldn't start treating it as in transit just because there's a plausible explanation.

I haven't said it's in transit. I'm suggesting who may know why that old number keeps coming back.

Packing has replied: the spare was left out, not sent separately, and they are checking whether they have the correct cable available

At least you can stop hunting parcels. Are they offering a replacement date or asking you to take credit? I'm stuck on that choice with an adapter.

Neither yet, only the admission and stock check; our maintenance list still says spare unavailable

Is that list specific enough for someone else to order the right cable? I mean its agreed reference, not just spare lead.

Exact reference from the quote is on it, and our integrator has confirmed that's the spare required for this setup

Did packing finish the stock check?

They say it is available and have proposed a dispatch, but no carrier acceptance yet, so I am calling it proposed rather than sent

When a new reference arrives, check what it covers before closing this one. Your first reference was perfectly real; it just did not explain the missing spare.

Thanks for posting the wording. Available, proposed and actually collected would have saved a fair bit of guessing in our adapter emails.
