The spacer block leans before it leaves the pickup nest

I need a maintenance check before approving more FR5 pickup edits. Our spacer block now leans as the fingers close, although the source nest appears unchanged. The last three shifts each corrected a point, and I don't want to train operators to treat that as normal maintenance.

Start with the physical references under the established isolation procedure. Nest seating, debris, finger wear and mounting condition. Then compare the approved tool and frame setup with the change history. A point correction can hide a changed contact without identifying it.
