our fr10 sleeve pickup now depends on which tray row is used

I have separated the sleeve observations by tray row, because the latest pickup adjustment helped the front and made the back worse; what should maintenance compare before we treat the newest saved position as the reference?

Compare the actual sleeve seating and finger contacts in both rows with the intended arrangement. Keep the saved versions and identified samples. You don't want a front-row improvement choosing the geometry for the whole tray.

Maintenance found the rear support strip mounted on the wrong face of its bracket, so it presents the sleeve higher; the front strip matches the drawing, and the latest offset was compensating for the rear.

Has the support been restored and the job reviewed against that arrangement? Finding the wrong mounting is useful, but the compensation still needs handling deliberately.

Support restored by maintenance and job comparison completed with the integrator; the intended version is identified for the supervised check, including both rows and release

That check completed with the retained sleeves and the agreed normal variation in both rows; pickups and release matched the intended arrangement, and the reviewed job plus support check are in the shift handover

Good to hear both rows made it into the result. Give whoever changes those strips the mounting-face detail too; the next repair should not need to rediscover this thread.
