different UR5e suffix, different-looking adapter, still no comparison

I ordered against our confirmed fixture drawing, but the delivered suffix differs and the tool-flange adapter interface looks different too. Seller says equivalent. Thirty-two days waiting for the comparison, tooling still unfitted. What would make that claim assessable without deciding the answer from a label alone?

Which visible interface feature differs from the confirmed drawing?

The locating shoulder appears different. I haven't measured it against the drawing, so that is an observation rather than an established dimensional mismatch.

Ask for the identified delivered adapter drawing and a comparison with your confirmed interface. The suffix can guide that request; it cannot substitute for it.

They sent another photo of the delivered label. I have asked them to address the locating shoulder and provide the applicable drawing, not reconfirm the suffix I can already read.

Is a named technical person handling that question now?

Worth asking. Your installer needs a supported interface answer, not permission to make the mounting plate fit whatever arrived.

Sales says it has forwarded the question, but no technical contact has replied. No fitting or modification authorised; the configuration question remains open.

Did the forwarding produce an applicable drawing yet, or only another acknowledgement?
