Our sleeve transfer now has three compensating edits. I have asked maintenance to check the tray and actual finger assembly together; the latest clip shows the sleeve leaning only as contact begins. What evidence would separate a worn contact from a changed replacement part?
Compare the fitted pair, mounting and contact profiles with the intended assembly and part history. Include identified sleeve dimensions and the tray seat; a familiar-looking pad can still be a different revision.
Tray and sleeves check correctly. One finger has a replacement insert with a shallower locating step than the drawing. Maintenance found its stores description had been shortened to the family name.
Get the intended insert restored or a defined alternative assessed, then review those three edits against the chosen assembly. Correct the stores reference at the same time.
