Our proposed bracket-welding layout reaches every seam, but the torch is only a line and the real clamps make the inside corner doubtful. I need the integrator to assess the complete arrangement offline, including how it leaves the corner, not just whether the tip gets there.
Does the welding specialist specify the required working and approach orientations? The complete torch body needs to be checked in those orientations, not whichever pose makes the sketch look clear.

I would have one person own the assembled model, including services and the actual clamp condition, because a correct torch drawing and a correct fixture drawing can still be combined in an arrangement neither supplier intended.

That gives you a specific question for the required orientations. Keep the connected approach, working path and departure in the assessment; a clear stationary neck position cannot establish the movement.
And ask how the contact pieces are serviced once that arrangement is installed; otherwise the person replacing them may discover a second access problem after the welding layout is selected.
The complete model found the mount clashing during departure at the specialist's required orientation. The integrator proposes moving one clamp assembly, with the fixture designer assessing the effect on location and restraint. No clamp has been removed from the requirement.
Loading review found the relocated clamp handle occupies the bracket entry space. We are comparing a different handle arrangement with the fixture designer. The torch route improved in the model, but the overall concept still has an access conflict.
Keep both findings in the design handover, Hassan, since the next revision needs to preserve the torch improvement while solving loading access rather than quietly returning to the first clamp arrangement.
