Why did my UR5e trial review make the preparation disappear?

I need to correct my spacer-block trial account. I described the transfer as easy to establish, but the demonstrator had prepared the nest, tool and program before I arrived. My contribution was loading his prepared tray and running the supervised exercise. The favourable impression is genuine. The implied setup experience is not. Would a prominent correction followed by a clear account of my actual tasks be enough, or should the original setup claim remain visible with a correction beside it?
