our pouch transfer works after more preparation than packing

I've got the FR5 moving the pouch, but changing pouch shapes now means sorting, smoothing and another guide. Hard to step back after this much work. What comparison would justify stopping?

Compare a complete representative order with the current manual method, including preparation, changeover, clearing and maintaining those guides. Agree the decision with someone who did not build it. Past effort can explain your reluctance without becoming a benefit in the next order's figures.

Whole-order comparison leaves our mixed work slower with the proposed setup. One regular pouch type may be different, but I haven't measured it separately. Thanks; mixed orders stay manual.

Treat that one type as an unanswered question, not a reason to keep buying guides. Is its volume regular enough to justify the separate preparation and storage you would retain?
