bracket pass sheet starts after the correction bench

I found a correction bench between our old bracket jig and final inspection. The FR5 proposal omits it. Final pass figures alone cannot justify that omission. What comparison should we ask for?

Find out what the correction changed and what the first released check measured. An aligned bracket under clamps may only have touched the jig stops. The final dimension could describe a different feature after extra work.

Old operator says flange height corrected. Jig card records contact with an upright, not height. No first released readings found. I've left the extra work unpriced, not zero.

Keep the component revision with the new trial request too. We've had a gusset change hidden by a familiar part name. The old history can explain your concern without becoming the method for a different bracket.

And have inspection specify how the released bracket is supported. A bench and a height gauge do not automatically reproduce the drawing datum, however official the final sheet looks.
