Our FR10 arm is here; controller and arm cable aren't. Seller keeps saying separate shipment, using the arm's tracking reference. I need evidence for the missing package before we schedule more installation time
Request the controller package's own crate mark, dispatch list and carrier acceptance record; the arm tracking proves only the delivery you already have.
