Ask for the study inputs and owners in the scope. Complete tool assembly, held blank, measured door and fixture geometry. Then the routes and setup access to be assessed.
20 pointsThe integrator has taken ownership of the combined study, with the toolmaker providing the assembly and maintenance the machine survey; the deliverable still says reachable positions rather than complete routes.
18 pointsHave that changed before accepting the scope. The tool can occupy two clear positions while passing through the door hardware between them.
16 pointsRequested loaded removal and empty return, plus setter access; I am leaving the price as a quote until that scope is confirmed.
