I can't separate blank length from bad seating on this sheet

Our FR5 chuck-loading plan has a column of hand-loaded aluminium blank stick-out measurements and nothing else. I can't tell whether the blanks vary or the seating does. Or both, just to keep the review interesting. What would you add before we blame the proposed automation?

Measure each identified blank's overall length and look at the end that meets the stop, then have the machining team check the seating and cleanliness with the machine secured; an exposed-length column can't tell you whether a long blank or a trapped chip moved its front end.

We've added blank length and seating-end condition to the sample sheet, and machining is arranging the seating checks. No automatic loading trial yet. I'll post when we have more than one dimension pretending to answer two questions.
