Who drew a wrist with no gripper on it?

Our FR10 unloading sketch reaches the steel blank in the mill. Then I noticed the tool wasn't drawn and the door was closed. What should I send back before this becomes our base location?

Return it with the missing physical states identified: the open door, the complete tool before pickup, and the tool holding the blank during withdrawal.

Designer has added the door and tool. Now the finger tips clear but the adapter overlaps the door seal housing. Amazing what drawing the purchased bits reveals.

Have them review alternative access with the complete assembly through its movement, rather than accepting a new final pose that merely removes the visible overlap.

They're checking a different approach orientation. Toolmaker is involved because it changes how far the fingers enter before closing. We haven't signed off the base yet.

Include the person responsible for servicing the machine in that review, since an accessible fixture can coexist with an inaccessible door mechanism or tool connection.
