Put the actual bearing regions on the layer drawing. A rectangle only tells you where the outside of the box is, not which bits underneath can take the packed load.

I'd also ask why alternation is required, Luis. It can be a reasonable choice, but a tidy picture isn't a requirement and people get oddly attached to the picture once it's been coloured in.

9 pointsI wouldn't commission special fingers merely because the original tool loses here. Price the whole alternative first; sometimes keeping a modest manual job is the sensible result of a perfectly good study.
16 pointsIsabel, agreed on cost, although this has at least given tooling a real constraint now. They can reject the proposal for a reason rather than work around a gap that packaging never approved.
