The support-direction question is now on my FR10 layer review, but I also need control of the drawing everyone answers against. Our small dispatch area cannot choose tooling from a separate carrying view. How should I keep packaging's marked supports and the proposed release sequence together as the pattern changes?

Have the integrator own a combined revision with packing identity, bearing regions and complete tool sequence. Packaging and tooling should state their conclusions against that revision, including any conditions still unresolved.
